As therapists, we spend quite a bit of time attending to and noticing patterns in others. This workshop offers space to turn that same curiosity toward ourselves, and also peek into the world of Enneagram.
Using Enneagram as our framework, we’ll explore the nine personality types and the motivations, stress responses, and relational habits associated with each. You’ll have an opportunity to consider how your own patterns may show up in your clinical work, including the roles you take on, the situations that activate you, and the ways you care for yourself while caring for others.
We’ll delve into the Enneagram’s rich history, spending time with each personality type and you’ll learn your own. Then we’ll explore how the types relate to one another, both relationally with others and within ourselves.
Come for conversation, reflection, and a deeper understanding of your inner world. And happy hour (NA) drinks and treats, too! No prior Enneagram experience is needed. Facilitated by Cat McLaughlin, Rosemary Collaborative.

Many people are feeling overwhelmed, caught between just trying to keep up and planning for the future - and completely missing the present. Mindfulness Meditation can help us to slow down and connect with the present moment, which is the only moment we really have. We'll review the history and basics of mindfulness meditation, have time for discussion, and practice together. You'll leave with a new understanding of how mindfulness meditation can enhance your life, specific mindfulness tools and techniques, and a plan to establish your own practice.
Maybe you have some experience meditating or some sort of near-daily practice. Or you’d like to go beyond the basics and learn various types of meditation. In this course, we’ll spend time diving deeper into a variety of meditation practices and learn a little bit about their historical significance along the way. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of meditation and the myriad benefits it can bring to your life. Each group is 90 minutes in length and includes a topic, discussion, and group meditation. As a therapist, you know that mindfulness meditation is a proven way to treat anxiety and depression. You may have recommended it to your clients, and seen them improve. Having your own practice can improve your life, too - reducing stress and decreasing the likelihood of burnout - and your work with clients, too.

This zoom workshop uses the frame of the Enneagram to explore your personality, your patterns, and what it might look like to live with a little more ease and self-compassion. It’s a shorter version of our in person workshop, designed to be accessible for lunch-time learning.
Have you ever noticed that you tend to respond to stress the same way, over and over? Or that certain dynamics in your relationships feel almost inevitable? This workshop is an invitation to get curious about those patterns, and to understand where they come from. Using the Enneagram as our guide, we'll explore the nine personality types: what drives them, what trips them up, and what becomes possible when we start to see ourselves more clearly. You'll leave with a richer understanding of your own inner world — and maybe a little more compassion for it, too. No prior experience needed. Facilitated by Marion Biglan & Miwa Kamras, Illuminate Collective & Cat McLaughlin, Rosemary Collaborative.
Session 1: We’ll focus on gaining a deeper understanding of the Enneagram and finding your type. You may come in knowing your type, in which case you’ll gain a deeper understanding of where you land.
Session 2: We’ll go deeper into the Enneagram concept of the Centers of Intelligence & Stances
Session 3: We’ll go deeper into the Enneagram concept of Stretch and Release Lines
