Many people are feeling overwhelmed, caught between just trying to keep up and planning for the future - and completely missing the present. Mindfulness Meditation can help us to slow down and connect with the present moment, which is the only moment we really have. We'll review the history and basics of mindfulness meditation, have time for discussion, and practice together. You'll leave with a new understanding of how mindfulness meditation can enhance your life, specific mindfulness tools and techniques, and a plan to establish your own practice.
Want to learn more about mindfulness meditation? Have you tried meditating but find it difficult to get into the habit on your own?
