We are thrilled to return to The Lodge at Woodloch to share our passion for Enneagram with guests. These workshops use the frame of the Enneagram to explore your personality, your patterns, and what it might look like to live with a little more ease and self-compassion.
Have you ever noticed that you tend to respond to stress the same way, over and over? Or that certain dynamics in your relationships feel almost inevitable? This workshop is an invitation to get curious about those patterns, and to understand where they come from. Using the Enneagram as our guide, we'll explore the nine personality types: what drives them, what trips them up, and what becomes possible when we start to see ourselves more clearly. You'll leave with a richer understanding of your own inner world — and maybe a little more compassion for it, too. No prior experience needed. Facilitated by Marion Biglan & Miwa Kamras, Illuminate Collective & Cat McLaughlin, Rosemary Collaborative, must be a guest at the Lodge to attend.
Session 1, Friday: We’ll focus on gaining a deeper understanding of the Enneagram and discovering your type. You may come in knowing your type, in which case you’ll gain a deeper understanding of where you land.
Session 2, Saturday: We’ll go deeper into the Enneagram concept of Stances and Time Orientation
Session 3, Sunday: We’ll go deeper into the Enneagram concept of Growth and Stress Directions
